Hoskinson House Assisted Living Center provides three levels of service and many apartment choices.  One monthly rental fee covers most living expenses such as transportation, activities, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.

The Memory Care Center offers 24-hour licensed nursing in a secured neighborhood, where award-winning staff administers medications and assists with bathing, dressing and grooming.  Daily activities are planned.  Inviting lounges, open kitchen and a private patio garden serve as extensions to residents' apartments.

The Health Care Center provides both Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care.  Later-stage Alzheimer's/Dementia care is delivered in a private wing being enhanced and expanded to include a sun room with adjoining patio/garden area, allowing these residents safe indoor/outdoor freedom.

Hoskinson House Assisted Living Center offers beautiful private one-bedroom and spacious apartments, with 3 specialized levels of service created to meet residents' individual needs.  Also included are activities and outings, transportation, a complete dining program, housekeeping and linen service, and a 24-hour Emergency Response System.  The Assisted Living Center provides the support of podiatrists and other specialists for on-site visits and consultations.  Pets welcome!

The Memory Care Center is a licensed Personal Care Alzheimer's/Dementia facility staffed by experienced, well-trained Personal Care Givers, and 24-hour/day licensed nursing in a safe, secured environment.  Our award-winning staff provides medication administration, as well as any needed assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.  We offer a team approach to care, with input from both residents and their families, thereby helping us to identify each resident's areas of interests and abilities.  Structured daily schedule and activities program.

The Health Care Center offers several distinct options for care: 1) Intermediate Care for residents with physical impairments requiring partial or total assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming or eating; 2) Skilled Care for residents who require physical, occupational or speech therapy; 3) nurse monitoring for residents requiring intravenous medications or tube feeding for resolving an illness.

Alzheimer's/Dementia Care is a specialty service niche for which Wesley Manor is well-known.  In keeping with this commitment, we provide later-stage ambulatory Alzheimer's/Dementia care in a secured wing that allows these special residents to move about freely, both inside and outside, guided by a staff specially trained in communication and memory support care giving skills.
